This guide will help you how to play Shyvana at jungle.
(English is not my first languege so I excuse before if you find some errors.)

I take the clasic runes for an AD Jungler.
Armor Penetration Reds
Flat armor Yellows
Magic Resist per level Blues
Quintessences of Fortitude ( You could change them for Quints of Movespeed for better Ganking and moving all around)

In Masteries I use a : 13/3/14

3 Deadliness
1 Plentiful bounty
4 Alacrity
3 Sunder
2 Offensive Masteries

Defensive
3 Hardiness

Utility
3 Good Hands
1 Haste
1 Perseverence
4 Awereness
1 Greed
2 Utility Mastery
2 Quickness

For jungling at level 1 you should take Burnout. Then at level two you'd take Twin Bite, at level 3 again level up Burnout, you have to take Flame Breath at 4 to improve your dps. After this you have to max your Q then the W and finally the E. ( Of course level up your ult at 6, 11, 16)

For Jungling I always take smite. The first rule of the jungler, take smite!
And my 2nd summoner spell is ghost. It improves my chasing, ganking , turret dive plus your W you are unchaseable.

1.- You have to buy a Vampiric Scepter, when you recall the first time you have to buy a Cloth Armor and 2 Pots. At your second blue pill you have to buy boots and finish your Wriggles Lantern.

1.- Wriggles Lantern.
2.- Mercury Threads.
3.- Sunfire Cape.
4.- Phage.
5.- Wits End.
5.5.- Frozen Mallet.
6.- ( It depends on how the game is going, Magic resistence, armor or simply More DAMAGE )

Pros:
High Health.
High AoE presence.
Tankish.
Able to Chase anyone.

Cons:
May have lower dps than other builds.
Difficult to jungle at early levels. ( I recommend to try to jungle vs bots or in a custom first)

1.- Wolves.
2.- Smite the Blue wraith and run away try to not to take damage, then when you lost the agro go and kill the red wraith.
3.- Twin golems. Recall
4.- Cloth armor and 2 pots.
5.- Wolves.
6.- Blue.
7.- Wraiths.
8.- Red.
9.- Prolly Gank. 2nd option recall and buy boots.

10.- Rape Them!
