I: Avoid using heal on yourself
II: Spam Infuse every time it is up
II*: The silence and the mana are the primary benefits of Infuse, not the damage
III: Do not think that you're a huge source of damage output
IV: Always be aware of other lanes' healthbars and press R when needed
V: You have no reason to get caught with your kit
VI: Exhaust is most often use defensively rather then offensively
VII: Never prioritize building AP
VIII: When noticing ANY mia, call it (all lanes)
IX: What ever your final build might end up being, always include sighstone

Laning phase:
- Constantly silence other support or feed carry mana
- When wild ganker appears silence the engager (Vi vault breaker, Taric stun, Xin Audacious Charge
- You have one heal, its more effective the less health your carry has. Use it accordingly.
- Block incoming skill shots

Team fights:
- Silence enemy AP carry
- Use summoner spells and item actives to peel you AD carry
- Spam Starcall
- Heal focused teamate
- Use ultimate to benefit the whole team, not one. (Situational)
- Can use talisman to engage or to disengage
