Butcher - I put points in this when jungling to have faster jungle.
Vampirism - I don't take this for laning because I have enough mana for healing with Hungering Strike, which is better than having to push lane with attacking minions to regain health

When jungle I start with Hunters Call, but you can also start with Hungering Strike, there isn't much difference.

You simply want to max skills in this order.

Summoner Spells

Flash

    - I'd say the best choice for initiate/escape with ww.
    - With ghost you will lose the chance to surprise, and when escaping you will have bonus speed from E most of the time anyway, so you don't need ghost.
Smite
    - Quite obvious for a jungler, ww can jungle without it but it's most usefulness comes when dealing with dragon/baron.
Ignite
    - Some extra damage for you, you can replace this skill with whatever suits you more or your team needs.


Some possible replacements:
Exhaust - You will want at least one exhaust in your team for some fed tryndameres.
Teleport - Can be good for gangs (teleporting to wards), or for not losing exp/gold.
Ghost - If you prefer this skill over flash and whatnot.
Cleanse
Surge - Could work, haven't tried it out yet.

Creeping / Jungling

start at blue buff golem with pull from mid, smite last, then go wolves, wraiths, lizard, two golems, back or gang or continue jungling and whatnot
