Ha, it's quite funny actually. A straight AP Malzahar is unstoppable 1v1. I have seen it and done it. I also like to step back into the oddities of life just to have fun.

Ehh, I don't like. I don't really see any reason to build him hybrid. Yes, his AP ratios are very nice, but it just gets better as you get more.
It's just that none of his skills really synergize well with the hybrid nature of this build, except maybe Malefic Visions, which you just cast once and wait for everyone to die :P.
Call of the void is nice for runners, yes, but still. So much better if you're using it with AP, although I could see some use from the silence it provides.

Overall? Meh. Not sure what to vote for this, although I'm tempted to -1. Prove me wrong!

I mean... I personally wouldnt use it, but its not the worst idea ever. How i see it though, is that Malz really doesnt want to be this close up and standing there chucking... void streamers??? He'd rather eat the other teams souls outright and be done with it XD. Still, just my personal viewpoint.

well its not very often the game goes long enough to get frozen mallet. i only got it for the hp/damage

the only thing I would change is the boots and Frozen mallet. Make boots the caster boots and FM into Nashor's tooth and you got something
