This is just the way I play Tryndamere... If you dont like it, than just say so because this build works fine for me!

This is not a jungle Tryndamere guide.

Pros:

Un-destroyable late game.
Does pushups if you stand in one spot for a while

Cons

Not such a good early game, unless you play real safe.

I myself as a player only have 2 rune pages one for and AP chamion and one for an AD champion. My AD rune page is not even full of runes, so personally I think you dont need runes, but if you have some crit chance/damage runes they would probably be the most helpful.

Do everything up on the Item list above until you get to your last Blood Thirster, then you sell the boots and get it.
