Introduction

Welcome to my Wukong build. Although he had just came out many people are placing out their ideas on how to build Wukong. There isn't a solid build yet, but in this guide I hope to provide you with ideas on how Wukong works.

Do not simply bash on my guide if you've not read through the whole guide. Read through the guide thoroughly and provide me with c&c, and I'll look over them and consider it a deal to 'fix anything in this guide.'

Pros / Cons

Pro:
- Decoy always gives funny results, they fall for it 'everytime.'
- Great harassment
- Great escaping mechanism
- Great ganker
- Cyclone is great in team fights to confuse enemy, it also flips the enemy up giving your teammates time to run and or rush in to dish out some damage.

Con:
- Some of the skills are bugged
- Cannot stay in lane for long
- Ultimate is weak, doesn't do much damage

Masteries

I chose a typical 21/9/0 which helped me dish out the damage that lacks. If your map awareness and you're quite careful you'll do fine. Don't always rush into team fights. With this masterie tree setup and your items to back up your defense you'll do fine.

Runes

Greater Mark of Strength
Great for early game harassment, this will help & dish out more damage.
Greater Mark of Alacrity
This is great due to your lack of farm. Lets just be honest here has a lack of speed, and in my opinion and together help with farming. I may be wrong but nothing has given me problems yet.
Greater Seal of Strength
Once again, great for early game harassment, this will help & dish out more damage. This will also provide a little more damage to your ultimate but your ultimate isn't as useful as of now. Not unless they boost it, which they should do.
Greater Quintessence of Swiftness
has a great chasing ability, and for the lack of speed, this covers it up greatly.
Greater Quintessence of Focus
Wukon's CDs suck. You won't be able to dish out as much damage as you wish if your CDs are very high. This also help you with your skill. I use it a lot to help me get away or if I'm being chased down.

It may not be the best but it hasn't given me problems yet, but I am always messing around with runes to find a solid build for Wukon.

Summoner Spells

Flash
Flash is great for helping you escape an enemy and or help you chase down an enemy. + = great results.

Ignite
Because lacks damage in most situations, it's always great to have ignite, it'll help you a lot. When I mean a lot I mean a lot.

Possible Build

Recommended build 1 sequence.

Both builds are great, the only difference between them is magic resist and armour. Its pretty obvious to be truly honest. If you have straight AP on the other team you would build a if the other team had straight AD then you would build a

The items

You may start off with, or . I normally start off of with because it helps my dish out more damage for early game harassment, also helps as well.

For boots, I build for magic resist against AP. for when I'm fighting against AD.

For your first major item, you're going to want to build a . lacks defense, so lifesteal covers that up, and works well with his ultimate as well.

For your second major item, you're going to want to build a . Trust me it helps a lot in situations. You may be like 'what the ****' why not build ? You honestly can build a if you want but I'd perfer Infnity Edge over it because you really don't need the extra stuff such as, AP, MS(Movement Speed), etc. We have other items to cover up for that. is also expensive so you don't want to waste your time trying to build it when 's farm ability is horrible.

For your third major item, you're going to want to build a or depending on your enemy team.

For your fourth major item, you're want to build a , it'll be nice to have a little attack speed and attack damage. This will help you dish out more damage with your Q, and your E. Like I said above, this covers up the AS, from the .

For your final item(Sell or ). This truly depends all on you, if you want more defense/magic resistance build a against AP, and or build a against AD.

For the easy route, just look at 'Possible Builds,' and then build from there.

Preferred items

Preferred Items.

Is pretty self-explanitory. Its for those who really think they want to build this for the extra extra. But I would recommended it but only IF needed. But go ahead and build it no one is really stopping you. :P

Also pretty self-explanitory, it covers up lack of defense, in my opinion.
