Hi man and everboy who think Trinity főzve isnt good for wukong.
I think wukong mainly jobb is kill enemy ADC or enemy dmg dealers.
With Trinity Force u get awesome burst on Q. My own experencie is
That: E -> Q = dealed -70% hp and everbody know ulti is mutch
stronger then E őr Q. And that's what ShortyHUN means use your ült
Just a sec becouse after u dash in enemy adc őr ap carry enemy
Team will focus on you. Só dashed tó enemy dealer Q after ult
then decoy and run away with a kill. If u didnt ger Trinity u
Cannot do That. I prefer this build but miné is a lottle different
And better for my crazy play Style, but the main items and things
Same like mines others who think other must learn more about Wukong.
+1 GREENVOTEDBANANA sry about post just i wrote from my Mobile :3

Defender might be a good choice, but not sure how my points go, i'll try it later, however i'm not fond of Reinforced Armor since it only works vs crits.

Yea you can go heavy on defense, but HP is the more valuable stat in hte current meta. zeke's herald is a tricky item, it seems good, but in the end there are so many items that outperform it. I tried it too, but i don't recommend using it.

With Wukong you should be ok with ~150 armor, ~100 MR, you still get +40 in teamfights and build health and damage instead. Or go super tanky with BC+LW.

Heyo Shorty, I've been playing LoL for a while now and I find your guide to be the best on this site for Wukong in terms of formatting and explanation. It doesn't seem like Xiron transitioned well into S3 and BlackIceT doesn't explain things very well and parts of his guide are missing.

Anyway, Wukong was the third champion I played and along with Ezreal is one of my favorites to play. I recently bought him again on this account and I have been playing him again and reliving how great it is to be king. He is quickly becoming my new main (Move over Ezreal!) and I really want to play him and build him to the best of my ability/knowledge.

So I had a few questions for you, and a single criticism.

1) How do you feel about Zeke's Herald? Seeing as it gives a huge 20% CDR, a nice health bonus, and a strong AD/LS steroid for your whole team, this seems like the perfect item for a teamfight oriented Wukong. Would you agree? I've yet to try it out but it seems amazing in theory as a 4th or 5th item (Plus it is like a more defensive Bloodthirster that benefits your whole team).

2) Would you say that the Randuin's active combined with your ult make it nearly core on Wukong? I feel like another tank who is better at soaking auto attacks should take Randuin's, however the active is very synergistic with Wukong's Ultimate.

3) Do you think taking 2 of the high defensive items is a bad idea? Warmog's, Sunfire, and Randuin's all provide a large health bonus with each having semi-niche bonus stats. I feel like one of these items is sufficient for Wukong to be tanky, how do you feel?

That's it for my questions I think, and now for that criticism:

In the masteries section you say, "Defender needs 5 enemies for 5 extra armor and MR, early game you either go vs 1 or sometimes 2, late game 5 armor and MR is just ignorable." This is a VERY poor choice and actually the biggest problem I have with your guide! Simply removing a point from "Resistance" and putting it into "Defender" will cause you to lose 1.5 MR, but gain 1 MR and 1 Armor at all times in lane, and gain 5 of each in teamfights. It is true that 5 is a fairly ignorable amount, but you are trading that amount for a meager 1.5 MR from "Resistance". Does this not seem silly to you? There is no good reason to NOT put a point in "Defender" as the amount of stats it gives you is HUGE for the 1 point invested. I suggest you redo your masteries to have 2 points in "Resistance" and 1 point in "Defender", it's simply the smarter way to go about things. I do however very much agree that Legendary Armor is a poor choice, as even with Wukong's amazing passive the boost is extremely insignificant compared to Tenacity. I also remove 1 point from tenacity to put it into Reinforced Armor, because the bonus it gives is HUGE for the one point spent. (Keep in mind that it doesb not reduce Critical strike damage y 10%, but it reduces the damage of critical strikes by 10%. What this means is that a 500 damage crit will only do 450 damage, rather than 475 damage.)

Edit: Just tried out Zeke's Herald in two games. Worked really well, I noticed an immediate power surge to my team and most notably my ADC in both games. I went with a build order of Longsword+pots>Vamp Scepter>Brutalizer>Boots>Sunfire>Zeke's. I might have been jumping the gun a little bit as the games were semishort and I wanted to pick it up somewhat quickly. However, thinking about it the stats it gives are actually very powerful for mid game. After you get Brutalizer for offense and Sunfire/boots for defense, this item really boosts yours and your team's offense by a considerable amount for the gold invested. Later in the game it's effects will probably be less notable. I'm currently running a build of Boots+TBC+Sunfire+Zeke's+Rhydra+Warmog's as my core items. Sometimes I swap Rhydra for MoM if the enemy team is more AP or I am not doing very well in score. What do you think?

@Meiyjhe I don't trust Enchantment: Furor when i have to run XD. Tried to make a short but clean matchup section :P

@jhoijhoi Yep i did, but it's 3rd in the top 10 and i'm just not sure if i could get higher than that.

+1, really like the layout and style of the guide. I especially like the gameplay sections - the explanation of how to use Decoy was really well done, and the images conveyed what you meant perfectly.

Have you considered archiving this and republishing? It's clear the guide has changed a lot over time, and the initial downvotes are not applicable.

Let's check my format, if it's alrite now :O

Cheatsheet: 17/20
9/10 item picks + structure
Looks fine.

8/10 the rest
Still dont like Juggernaut, it's a mastery which is only really useful when having tons of health.
Rest is fine.

Structure + coding: 15/15
10/10 uses of overviews, schemes and other uses of structure
Absolutely well done

5/5 uses of coding
Banners + other bling bling

Content: 44/50
20/20 Full Build Explanation
All basics included

13/15 Tactical Explanation
Might want to talk a bit about warding, but that is all

8/10 Quality content
"Since Wukong needs to kite his enemies many times Enchantment: Alacrity is the best for him without question. " What about Enchantment: Furor?
Was the only thing I could find :P

3/5 Quantity content
Not too much, not too little.

Bonus: 10/15
4/5 bonus chapters (matchups and synergy chapters)
Matchups included, synergies excluded.
Matchups is fine, but not so handsome as a huge one :D

1/5 Originality
It is a Wukong solo top guide going AD, seems pretty standard :D

5/5 attitude towards the readers (wants to improve)
You PM me soo much D:

I could harass my lane opponent very hard with it so i always rushed it, than yea pretty much snowballed out of control. But lately i'm kind of forced to build really tanky as soon as possible =/

Trinity Force has turned into a late-game item, didn't ya know?

Except when snowballin'.

Ok getting constantly matched with noob teammates... I have to admit, in these cases you just can't rush Trinity Force since you have to be über tanky...

ShortyHUN (40) | April 17, 2013 12:13am
Early game i attack champions even less, and even my starting 69 AD is enough to last hit :P
More mana from Sheen lets you spam skills more often and adds damage, later on you make Trinity Force which is freakin strong through the whole game. Also delaying triforce is kind of stupid imo, just rush it and Zeal is the least useful counterpart for wu.

This would be true if people only attacked once every 2 seconds and had no AD scalings.

sheen is really really weak early game,

Sheen is like +50 AD on level 1 just saying... 15% less effective slow is 42.5% instead of 50%, tell me how effective it is on weaker slows.
