I really dont understand why every wukong player builds a triforce, can you please explain this to me!? Ill give you a shiney new up vote if your explination is to my liking ;)

Everything else about this guide is very well explained, and i really like alot of the points u make, i personally wouldnt use this build however because i play wukong as a jungler. But your ending point about how Crushing Blow and Nimbus Strike are equally import, GENIUS!

I'd be glad to help. The thing about Wukong is that he works primarily off of abilities, rather than auto-attacking. Tri-Force helps this aspect especially because, for instance, Crushing Blow is an "activated" attack, which also activates the Tri-Force once you press Q. So, you next attack will have the power of a Crushing Blow and the bonus of the Tri-Force behind it, which makes it a huge BOOM. Same goes for Nimbus Strike of course. It just compliments the bursty nature of Wukong perfectly. You can build him without it, but you're missing out on some crazy damage. The extra health/movement speed/atk speed is just gravy on top.
And yeah, I'd jungle with him too if he wasn't such a terrible jungler =/ hopefully the incoming buffs will change that a bit.

well first things first, wukong is NOT a terrible jungler at all, want proof take a look at my guide or i would be glad to show u in game :p

and the point you made in regards to tri-force makes alot of sense so +1, BUT my view is that he cannot properly utilize trinity force the way it is ment to be used. I understand that the sheen bonus gives his abilities a nice bit of extra damage, but for this to really be effective you need a spammable move and the closest thing wukong has for that is Crushing Blow but the c/d is far too long to properly spam this move. And without Tri-Force you can still make up for the damage from the sheen bonus by stacking armor pen. My other problem with wukong and tri-force is that Tri-force greatly compliments sustained fighting or fighting for a good bit of time. Wukong is a very powerful highly mobile AD burst, and he really cannot fight for extended periods of time.

Maybe I'm just really bad at jungling, I've literally only tried it once =/ Oh well.

I get where you're coming from, but simply put, Wukong is one of the best Tri-Force users in the game right now, just because of that reason. Crushing Blow has a 5 sec CD at max rank, and with the Ionian Boots of Lucidity, it gets to just about 4 seconds. If that's not spammable to you, I don't know how low of a CD you want. Keep in mind that the bonus from Sheen/Tri-Force has an internal CD itself also (which is like 1.5 secs i believe), which they made to prevent exactly what you're saying about spamming abilities and proc it everytime.
Also I would say that Tri-Force compliments short bursts of fighting just as well , if not better, than sustained fighting. It seems as though Tri-Force was made specifically for those mobile AD burst champs, such as Wukong, Irelia, etc (even gives movement speed), and that's exactly why they pick it up, no questions asked, because without it, they're gimping their own niche of playstyle by not allowing themselves to have as much burst as they possibly can.
As for more Armor Pen, this build supplies just about all the armor pen you can get, since there are no armor pen Seals or Glyphs.

I'm not saying a Wukong build without Tri-Force is impossible, it can definitely work in the right hands. I'm just saying it's like a Jax build without Guinsoo's Rageblade, or a Tryndamere without Infinity Edge.

Whoa there, relax, why the need for nerdrage? I never said anything to offend you, so I'm not gonna stoop down to your level. Instead, I'm gonna disprove all your points.

-If you would have read my whole comment on your giude, it wasn't ALL because of lacking Tri-Force, it was only part of it. Lrn2comprehend before overreacting.

-Did I say anywhere in this guide that those runes are required? I even gave a suggestion for options (although not all the options), so again, relax.

-I gave 2 options to go into either Offense or Defense, so what's the problem here? You're completely ignoring the Offense tree in your ONE option, which is completely opposite of what Wukong is about. Terrible idea.

-Doran's Blade gives the health AND the damage, which helps get the First Blood which i stressed multiple times. Once again, I gave options, and said that wasn't necessary. Besides, fighting AP means your Cloth Armor is useless, as well as anyone with Armor Pen runes. It's not always a good idea.

-CDR is amazing on Wukong, since he's ability-based, and you need to be able to do the E-Q combo as often as possible. The ONLY other boots that Wukong should be wearing are Merc Treads, and it's a very common choice, since they're amazing boots. Berzerker Greaves are useless, as Wukong ISNT AN AUTOATTACKER, and you shouldn't be playing him as one.

-That's the thing about Tri-Force, it gives me all those things that you're getting anyway (health, more AD, atk speed), as well as that devastating passive bonus. That alone will allow me to burst you down before you do your incomparable damage.

-Like the point above, the point of rushing Tri-Force is that the individual parts of it help you even when your struggling. Getting beat? Get the Phage for more health and AD. You CANT ignore Tri-Force, Wukong is the one of the game's best users of it.

If you fail to realize this, then it just shows how bad you are at playing him, not how bad I am.
Incomplete guide? It's much more thought out and explained that yours is, but cool story bro.

No need to curse, we aren't 12 years old. Or maybe you are.
