INTRO
Wukong is an amazing champion to play, and is super fun. He's capable of crazy damage output, and a great pusher.
CORE:
you should start with a and just last hit minions when you can. When you have 920 gold, port back and buy . Go lane more, and when you can port back and get a I take the brutalizer first, because of the damage and cdr.
Now you can start building the start with a first, and then build either a or a .
For my 6th item, i like to take a defensive item, because the backbone of a good offense is defense.:] for heavy caster teams, you should take a For AOE AP teams (karthus, etc.) take a If you're having trouble and you're dying to much, grab a If they have a crazy dps champ(yi, etc) a wouldn't hurt. ;]

I love this! it lower's the enemy's armor, and'll make killing a breeze.
:Wukong becomes stealthed for 1.5 seconds and leaves an uncontrollable decoy that doesn't attack or move on the place he activated it. The decoy will deal 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+60% of ability power) magic damage to nearby enemies after 1.5 seconds.
It is so easy to stay alive with this skill. you can't be targeted when you're stealthed, so you can escape easily when you're in danger. However, it can also be used to close the distance between you and an enemy champ when you're chasing.
:Wukong dashes on a cloud toward a target enemy and sends out images to attack up to 2 additional enemies near his target, dealing 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+0.8 per bonus attack damage) physical damage to each enemy struck. He also gains a 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% attack speed bonus for 3 seconds after using this skill.
Wukong's best skill imo. :] You jump to a target, and get attack speed. You'll be able to harass really well in lane with this.
:Wukong's staff grows outward and he spins it around for up to 4 seconds, dealing 20 / 110 / 200 (+1.0 per attack damage) damage every second and knocking up enemies once per cast. Wukong gains an additional 5% movement speed every half second for the duration of the spell, with the bonus disappearing once he stops spinning.
This is great. the damage it does is great, and it can also be used to knock someone up when they ult(ie nunu). It's a great initiating move, as you'll be able to knock up everyone during a teamfight.

I don't like this. :[ It has a crazy cooldown, and i'd much rather wait out the death timer than having a summoner spell wasted.
All though this isn't a bad spell to have, you're a dps carry! Let the tanks take care of this one.

I LOVE this. It adds that extra dps to any fight you might get into, and can really help secure kills.
This is nice. :] It's perfect for closing the distance between you and an enemy champ, you can easily flash to get a kill, or to get away.
ALTERNATIVES:
Great for escaping a champion chasing you, really shuts down dps champs.
I always take either this or flash. Ghost grants you great mobility, allowing you to chase down an enemy, or escape from enemies chasing you.

Wukong really shines in lane, especially with a disable(stun,slow). You should try to harass whenever you can while LAST HITTING the creeps. Auto attacking creeps make them go away faster, and there's a chance you'll get ganked. When you reach lvl 6, the fun really begins. Pick off enemies that are out of position, and stick with your team when there's a teamfight. Always look for opportunities to push, and take dragon whenever you can. Dragon is worth a lot in gold and exp, so taking it is never a bad idea. Wards are also something you should buy. they're only 75 gold, and could prevent you from getting ganked.
