Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
First I would like to note... This is not a 'Do as I say or you will lose' kind of build. feel free to change it up as you see fit.
I'v played Wukong a few games and turned out to really like him. So, I decided to make this build to show you all how I like my Monkey King :3

Ar. Pen Mark to help with damage
Aspd Seals to help get more damage in faster
Armor Seals work well with his passive. get if you think you need more defensive capabilities.
Flat Mana Regen Glyphs helps with mana issues
Magic Resist Glyphs work well with his passive. Get if you think you need more defensive capabilities.
Ar. Pen Quints to help with damage
I put 9 into Utility for Haste, Good Hands so res 10% faster, Awareness to help with exp gaining, (which could help you get above and stay above the enemies your laneing against, giving you an advantage) and a point into Utility Master to make those buffs more useful.
I choose Ghost Because its a great escaping and chasing ability. I also choose Exhaust because its a great help in 1v1 fights, or to help win team fights by blinding their physical attacker, like Yi, Xin, Ashe, etc.
I could recommend you prioritized your skills like so: R>E>Q>W
I start with Crushing Blow for the armor reduction, so if your team goes for FB and focuses someone, he/she is likely to die :3 I then get followed by Decoy. I like to max Nimbus Strike first because its a great harassing ability. I leave Decoy alone till the end because of its limited offensive ability. Of course, get Cyclone when ever you can.
If you can, use Nimbus Strike on the middle caster minion, which should then hit the other 2 caster minions, making it super easy to kill the 3 :D
Jungling is easy. Just use Nimbus Strike, Decoy, attack right after using Decoy, and start staff whacking. Your Decoy will go off dealing some damage, which helps. xP
Tips & Tricks
If you notice your enemies ignore your Decoy, then try this. If your being chased, you can press 'S' to stop your champion completely, making them think your the decoy. You shouldn't do this if the enemy has an Oracle Elixer, or if they have a Ward.
