Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Hello and thank you for visiting my Wukong build.
Since I have been using Wukong I have tried many different builds, and this build has given me the most success.
I hope this will be as useful to you as it was for me.
YOU MUST FARM !
It is very important to get to level 2 before your opponent, this would mean you will have a head start. In very early stages of the game use Crushing Blow (Q) to force your opponent back if they push too far.
With this build I don't tend to recall until I have minimal health, but it's entirely up to you when you want to recall.
Once you get to level 3 use Nimbus Strike (E) on the enemy champion then quickly use Crushing Blow (Q) before using Decoy (W) to make a quick getaway, this is very useful especially when you have been pushed back to your turret as the enemy cannot retaliate. Once you think you can kill your opponent repeat the combo but after Decoy ignite your opponent and rather than falling back, stay and fight as you'll have the upper hand because your opponent might think you are falling back.
Remember to ward the jungle, if you see a potential gank on you, quickly use decoy and fall back.
Once team fights start to occur you must work with your team.
Cyclone (R) will enable you to knock up you opponents this will give your team the chance to attack whilst the enemy are unable to during the brief second.
Your main combo during this time is to Nimbus strike in then to Cyclone your enemy, then quickly decoy out then Nimbus Strike back in then use Crushing Blow. At this time you will have completed the Ravenous Hydra item, use the active of this item to do quick short burst of damage when your spells are cooling down. This can also be helpful if you want to clear a large group of minions quickly.
During late game you will have enough life steal to sustain you in the lanes so the need to recall is minimised. If at any time you need health you can slay Dragon, this will give you most your health back, getting buffs can help with mana problems and increase your damage slightly.
Nimbus Strike can help you jump through walls. If you're by enemy base you can ward the other side of the wall then leap at an opponent then quickly use Cyclone and Crushing Blow to finish them off.
Escaping - Here's some simple solution when you're getting chased by multiple champions. When running away you can use your Nimbus strike on minions or monsters for a quick getaway. You can also run though the jungle and when entering a bush you can use decoy then flash though some hedges to make your escape. You can also use decoy and run back on yourself and your enemy will completely lose you. Lastly if your opponents stop falling for decoys you can just press S to stop running and attacking and your opponents might think your a decoy and run right past you then make your escape by the way you came from.
Farming - If you seem to be low on kills getting a high CS will enable you to make up for the missing kills and maintain a competitive level against your opponents
