You don't really need flash to get in and out of fights because you have Nimbus Strike and Decoy, respectively. But when you use your ult you can flash in the middle of spinning, meaning you can move around and hit the whole team if they're not stacked. That is possible to do so just you'll be sacrificing some early game armor that you need for dodge which could help later on though.
