(offense masteries) his skills dont do magic dmg (only decoy) cyclone nimbus and crushing do phisical dmg its mean this masterie is useless, dont you think ? also defensive mastery and strenght of spirit is not good choose cos you have not really much mana so your hp will dont reg really fast and defensive mastery is really needed ? i think better choose will be ardor and harder skin. But thats your build ;) about build i can tell is good choose to rush for trinity. I think you need a lil more mres but if you will choose banshee against philosopher will be fine also you will get more dmg from atma (ofc for the end or when it will be needed). Btw you talk about madreed but you have much hp 2 so magic resist will be needed if some1 will buy madreed to ;). Anyway build is pretty good.
