Skill

Crushing Blow:
I want Crushing Blow and Nimbus Strike's cool down to be same in both early and mid game.

Decoy:
Decoy can be used both offensively and defensively. I max decoy last as I only want decoy for the stealth.

Nimbus Strike:
It does for damage than Crushing Blow and lets you chase to a target, and same, the cool down must be the same.

Cyclone:
Cyclone can be used in two ways. One way is to trap a champion when they are near a turret attacking you and Cyclone can knock then airborne adding one more turret damage. Second is only when they are running back to their base having a quarter of their life left.

Masteries

I take 1/21/8 and not like most people who take 21/0/9.
I take 1 for offense is because for the Ghost extra movement speed.
I take 21 for defense is because Wukong lacks a sense or defense and allows you to live longer.
I take 8 for utility is because Decoy comes together with Movement speed when running away and tired for dying in late game as I need to wait for so long. And Flash's cool down is long so I take the reduced Flash's cool down.

Items

I like taking Mercury Treads as it gives me tenacity. It's a bad idea to take Berserker's Greaves and Cloak and Dagger as you can't merge them together.

Taking Trinity Force in early game gives you significant physical damage, adding to Atma's Impaler's passive.

Over here, I take Force of Nature as it gives me extra movement speed and defense.

Last Whisper is to finish a kill quickly and The BloodThirster is for the life steal and damage.
