Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Welcome to my first Wukong Guide
This guide will cover your items, skill sequence, build,
Wukong is an awesome champion often underlooked as "useless"
.Fantastic burst early game
.squishy early game
Masteries and summoner spells and Runes
In Masteries i went 9-21-0 because early game wukong is very squishy and easily harrased by ranged champions, so i gave him 9-21, because of wukongs amazing burst i gave him 9 points in offense.
I take Flash and Exhaust taking the improved exhaust in the offense tree. Flash to escape enemy ganks or just to chase an opponent and exhaust to lower slow them down for an easy kill.
9 marks of desolation
9 seals of resilence
9 glyphs of warding
and 3 health quints
This provides me with early game damage and sustain and also into mid and late game.
Skill Sequence and Duking
Long ranged: Nimbus strike to get in close+crushing blow(try to land a basic attack after nimbus strike) then use your ultimate if you feel that you need to kill or just fall back because usually if someone is attacked they run back so you will have an easy retreat.
Short Ranged: Crushing Blow+Nimbus Strike+basic attack+decoy I use crushing blow to low the persons armor before hitting them with nimbus strike, nimbus strike has to bonus attack speed so i can land 1 more basic attack before decoying away.
The funnest thing i find on wukong is duking. Duking is when wukong pretends to be his decoy and stands still making the enemy walk right past him as i said before it is very risky so the consequences might not be the same all the time. To duke make an enemy follow you then suddenly press S to stop after about 2 seconds(if the duke works) decoy and head the other way that the enemy heads. Duking with nimbus strike is also a pro way to escape. First go into a bush with people chasing you(since your in the bush the enemies usually click inside the bush to walk in) then nimbus strike the furthest enemy and you will make it out safe.
Usually if i'm up with a support or a champion that can push others out of lane i take a dorans blade but usually boots and 3 health pots are much more worth it as pots help you sustain the lane more better. i take health pots ESPECIALLY if i'm laned with a heavy harras champion (teemo, caitlyn). Then when i first go back i buy a dorans blade and try getting mercury treads for the tencacity and the magic resist. I ALWAYS get trinity force on wukong because of everything that trinity force includes i especially like sheen because of i usually land a basic attack after nimbus strike before crushing blow and i want to max the damage. I then get a warmogs armour once warmogs is complete you will be a tanky nightmare able dish out tons of damage and only recieve the slightest. I fianlly round out my items with an atmas impayler for the armor and for the massive attack due to warmogs. Usually i don't reach my bloodthirster but when i do i am a massive killing machine able to do tons of damage whie helping my team tank.

- Total attack damage ratio increased to 1.1 from 1.0
- Fixed a bug where Crushing Blow did not display critical strikes or benefit from life steal
