Intro

Wukong is an incredibly good AD/Off Tank. His skill do tons of damage, and he has a good getaway spell. He is relatively easy to play, and get pretty tanky so your durability is good too. I've gone 8/3/24 on my first game with Wukong, and 10/2/20 on my second.

You can also opt to go all out DPS, but I like the extra durability.

Pros/Cons

Pros:
-Good Damage
-Good Health
-Kick *** getaway spell
-Great Pusher

Cons:
-A bit low on attack speed, but Nimbus Strike makes up for that

Summoner Spells

I like sticking with Exhaust for the Slow/Damage Reduction and Flash. You can trade Flash for Ghost if you want to. Ghost is really helpful for both escaping and chasing (and you can use it when you are using your ulti).

You can use the summoner spells of your choice, these are just my preferences. Also, if someone on your team already has exhaust, go for Ignite instead.

Runes

I really don't care that much for runes, but these would make up for your attack speed and gives you more health and armor pen.

Masteries

I like to go full offense tree with Wukong because he has the potential to do massive damage!

With the other 9 points, you could either go in
Util to get:
-Summon Spell Buffs
-Mana per level
-Move speed or mana per 5
-Buff extender

or Defense to get:
-Armor
-Magic Resist
-Health Regen

It really doesn't matter that much which one you take. Def will make you just a bit tankier (mostly early game), but Util would be helpful for buffs and moving faster. Your pick.

Items

This item build makes him tanky enough, with mag res and armor, while still retaining a lot of attack damage.

Early Game:

I don't recommend straying from this early build. Doran's Blade is a good starter because of the health and AD. Then, you want to get boots and eventually build into Mercury's Treads for the speed and tenacity. Trinity Force is going to be a really important item. To build it, you want to first start out with Long Sword (under Phage) for the AD boost. Afterwards, you should get Sheen, which will give you incredible burst damage. Then finish Phage and finally finish Trinity Force.. Then, I build a Brutalizer, for the AD and CDR.

Tank Items:

Now to tank yourself up a bit. Depending on who's doing the most damage, you will want to switch the order in which you get these. If their caster is wrecking everybody, get Force of Nature first, otherwise get Sunfire Cape first. You can replace Sunfire Cape with Thornmail if you want, but I like the extra damage and health from Sunfire Cape.

Late Game Damage:
,
Now, finish off your Brutalizer with a Youmuu's Ghost Blade. Then, you definitely want The Bloodthirster because of the lifesteal and AD.

Abilities

Stone Skin

This is kind of useful in a team fight, but not so much laning. It really encourages you to really get in there in a team fight. Not amazing, but it's not bad.

Crushing Blow

This is a great skill. It refreshes your auto attack timer, so use it right after attacking. It does bonus damage, and reduces armor by 30% for 3 seconds

Decoy

This skill leaves an unmoving copy of yourself for 1.5 seconds, then deals magic damage. You are stealthed for the 1.5 seconds the copy is there. This is an AMAZING and VERSATILE getaway skill! You can really trick enemies by using this. You can either use it to start a gank (because of the stealth), or to run! You can even trick them by NOT USING IT! If you just press S then they might think you've used it and give up xD. It is really good to use right before you are about to get attacked. Your enemies might wast all their skills on it too!

Nimbus Strike

This skill basically dashes you to the enemy, damaging up to 2 other enemies around it and giving you an attack speed boost for a few seconds. This is your main harasser. You don't even have to aim for a champ, if you aim it at a minion near a champ, they get damaged too.

Cyclone

You do additional attack damage per second around you, also knocking up enemies (once per cast). This is Garen's Spin on steroids. It does MASSIVE damage, give you a speed boost, and knocks up enemies. Amazing either 1 on 1 or in a team fight!
NOTE: ULTI IS ALSO AN AMAZING INITIATOR!!!!

Spell Sequence

Don't change from what I said up there. It works, trust me. Just stick with it. Keeping Nimbus Strike and Crushing Blow at the same level helps keep your damage output steady. Your clone is a good getaway spell, but not worth maxing first.
