Note - I am still editing and making this better as of this moment, more information and explanations will be added.

I have been playing Wukong since he was released, and i seem to play him a bit differently then everyone else i have seen. Cant say this is the best, or the worst, but this is how i play him, and i enjoy it. Hope this guide helps, even if it helps you know how to not play.

Really come down to personal preference in my opinion.
And i enjoy having Flash and Ignite.
While Ghost And Exhaust Can both be swapped out and replaced.
I pick Ignite over Exhaust because it feels much stronger early game where i really need it. Ghost feels like a lackluster ability on Wukong as far as escape mechanics go, if i cant Warrior Trickster away, i probably cant get away with the speed, where Flash enables me to get away via flashing over walls.
I also believe Teleport Could be viable, but have not found a solid reason to take it over the other two.

For runes i go with Armor penetration, Scaling Cooldown reduction and scaling Health.
Quintessences - Greater Quintessence of Desolation
Mark - Greater Mark of Desolation
Seal - Greater Seal of Vitality
Glyph - Greater Glyph of Scaling Cooldown Reduction
This gives be a good amount of early game damage from Armor pen, and a little bit of mid/late game boost from the CDR and health while scaling.

I start the game with boots and three pots. I do this because pre-level 3 when i pick up Warrior Trickster I find he is very easily harassed by any ranged champion, and boots enable me to be both a bit defensive and offensive at the same time. nothing is more annoying than Nimbus Strikeing an enemy and them being barely out of range for a Crushing Blow. My next and first important item of this build is Phage And again, this item allows me to feel safe and aggressive at the same time. The slow, early hp and damage really make this great for me. After Phage I pick up a pair of tier two boots, depending on the game. after tier two boots i go into The Brutalizer. This is where i really start packing on the power. Next i aim for Bloodthirster. This is the point where i start beefing up, grabbing some Health and Defensive stats. This includes Frozen Mallet Sunfire Aegis, And I finish the build off with a Youmuu's Ghostblade. And my last item can be found below in the optional items section.

I made these items Optional as the last item i get in a game heavily depends on how the game has gone/is going, and what the enemy team is. I have also toyed around this other last items such as Phantom Dancer and Black Cleaver, and i just find the others to suit him/me better.
