This is a man's build, meant only for men that truely wish to dominate the field. I've had a ton of luck with this, only getting bad scores from time to time due to me getting too confident and jumping in when I shouldn't. However, in the last 20 games I've played, I've only lost 2 on ranked, so things are going well with this build. :)

I love the extra 5%, so I'm ok with sacrificing some buff time, which is why I deviated a bit from a normal ww build for the 21/0/9 instead of the recommended 20/0/10. Attack speed and magic spell penetration are really what I'm after, so I leave the crit increases alone, since I'm not doing a ton of AD until late game anyway.

Runes: Everything really drives around the bloodrazor and my lifesteal. Attack speed so I do more damage, and my lifesteal gets going faster while jungling. Cooldown reduction so my hungering strike and ult happen more frequently. Dodge so I can jungle better and not get totally beat up.

Abilities: Smite, obviously. Exhaust I toyed around with and ghost, and honestly, exhaust is where it's at. For me, ghost is much more of an escape mechanism, and usually I can ult someone to the point that my bloodscent makes me speedy anyway. However, exhaust, especially early game for first blood, is massive in helping out. Also, typically a team has some huge ranged DPS that it's mega helpful for after I ult past the team fight and go for the kill.

Really quick - I'm following the general WW jungling guide - starting with the two rock golems, then wraiths, then wolves, blue buff, possible gank, two rock golems, wraiths, and then red. After one time through that, I'm bouncing lanes and jungling, ganking like crazy.

I'm super aggressive once I get going. My favorite, if my team is worthwhile, is ulting in to initiate on one dps, exhausting the other, and letting my nuke teammates go to town for a few seconds. I'll get beat up pretty bad, and possibly even die, but with everyone on their team now at half life, the fight is already over and we'll take a tower easily. Trading one death for 4 or 5 isn't bad at all, and my team consistently is winning. Plus, with the thornmail and banshees, I'm usually staying alive, as the other team focuses me like a dps. Once I get a bloodthirster, it's all over as far as survivability.
