I’m gonna share with how I play Quinn.
This guide will firstly explain how to play Quinn and after that we'll talk about summoner spells, Items, Runes, Masteries.

Quinn is a Ranged Marksman. She can be played Mid, Top, Jungle and Bot(ADC)
Quinn can be played as an Crit Marksman, Assassin or Fighter. Each playstyle comes with it's own build, strenghts or weaknesses
Assassin Quinn is the way most people play her. This Is best to be played Jungle or Mid but it works in Top lane too.
Crit Marksman build is a typical 2/3 Crit Items with lifesteal build. Played Bot lane or Top lane.
Fighter Quinn is a build focused more on Attackpeed and kiting. Played Top.
Quinn brings a lot of map pressure because of Behind Enemy Lines and her Heightened Senses gives vision.
She's great at splitpushing and picking off enemies out of position.
LANE : Top
KEYSTONE : Fervor
Fighter Type Quinn focuses more on your Heightened Senses passive to kite/chase down enemies. It has the lowest amount of burst but the highest amount of DPS.
Harder to 1v1 Enemy Marksman
LANE : Top/Jungle/Mid
KEYSTONE : Stormraiders, Thunderlords
Assassin Quinn is the most popular way of playing Quinn. It uses the movementspeed of Behind Enemy Lines and high amount of burst provided by Skystrike Vault Harrier Blinding Assault Harrier to kill a Squishy target in the shortest amount of time possible. Items Such as Duskblade of Draktharr and Edge of Night are core.

Great agains Squishy targets
Good mid game
Not as good vs tanks
Can be punished early
Marksman Crit Quinn
LANE : Bot/Top
KEYSTONE : Warlords Bloodlust , Thunderlords
Marksman Crit Quinn is the highest DPS Build but still having some Decent burst. It's a late game focused build because it's not as good early to mid game. It becomes good after it's first 3 items. Statikk Shiv Infinity Edge being the core that proivide decent amount of early damage and wave clear.
This type uses the huge amount of Attackpeed and Movementspeed from Heightened Senses to be even more deadly.
Can deal with squishy and tanky
Weak early and mid game
Needs 3 items to be good
Jungling as Quinn?
Quinn can be played in the jungle. She takes little to no damage from Blue and Red buffs because of Blinding Assault. It Disarms the monsters so they are unable to attack for 1.5 seconds.
Be careful about using Behind Enemy Lines between camps it costs a lot of mana!
The main thing that makes
Quinn unique from other champions is her E Vault

Essential Summoner for repositioning as Quinn.
Top Lane Quinn Essential for dueling.
It's good vs healers, take on mid not so much top.
Pretty obvious you need it to Jungle, nothing else.
Essential for bot ADC Quinn, can be picked on mid as well.
Defensive summoner for mid lane, not needed on top or bot.
Taking it instead of flash, read more bellow.
Good vs CC dependent champions.
Global pressure, less punishment for roaming.
Exhaust : With Phantom Dancer makes you really tanky
Flash : Repositioning summoner
Ignite : Healing reduction and true damage
Smite : True damage to Monsters
Heal : semi-supportive summoner and a little mobility
Barrier : Selfish defensive summoner
Cleanse : Removes CC
Teleport : Teleport ganks and pressure
Ghost : When going agains Olaf Master Yi Udyr or any melee opponents with high movement speed it may be smart to run ghost just so you can kite them while their Buffs run out or your E comes back.
Harrier Every 8 seconds Valor marks an enemy, Quinn's next basic attack deals bonus damage. Critical chance reduces the cooldown.
Blinding Assault Is your main damaging ability. The first target hit by it is marked with harrier and they are nearsighted and minions and monsters are unable to attack.
Heightened Senses Use it not to face check a brush and to scout the area.
Vault Is Quinns main outplay ability, use it wisely. It can decide life or death
Behind Enemy Lines be careful of using it from 6 to 10 because it costs a lot of mana.
To be honest, I feel like Quinn is not a champion that will show challenger material with a lot of play like someone like Cassio or Azir. But with enough practice you can carry the games WITH your team. Quinn fall off lategame but that's the point of why u go bot or mid and help them out.
Personally I love Quinn, after so many games with her I never get bored of her. If anyone is interested in following me on social media.
