I’m gonna share with how I play Quinn.
This guide will firstly explain how to play Quinn and after that we'll talk about summoner spells, Items, Runes, Masteries.

is a Ranged Marksman. She can be played Mid, Top, Jungle and Bot(ADC)
Quinn is an Assassin Figher that can roam around the map. Playing Quinn gives your team Global pressure because of Behind Enemy Lines movementspeed. And some vision with Heightened Senses.
Depending on what lane u choose to bring Quinn in your job, build and playstyle changes...
Quinn's primary lane should be TOP. Matchups are a bit more forgiving. She can bully melee champions and she can hold her own agains ranged.
She's a good counterpick to split push and scaling champions because she can abuse her range early to set them behind. But Quinn is squishy so you have to be mindful of the enemy jungler and not give kills to a gank.
Job as Top Quinn:
As a top Quinn player your job is to put your laner behind and at 6 or when you have items you should roam down to mid or bot. Pushing out and going for the enemy jungler is also smart.
(See on top of the page) A figher build should be the best for top, Phantom dancer is a 100% must buy.
Early agression, push your lead by ganking bot and mid. Herald buff works well with harrier procks. You'll fall off later so go to a lane opposite of a big objective(Bot if baron is up, top if dragon is up) and bait people to come stop you while your team gets the objective. With the items provided up in the build you should be able to 1v1 almost everyone and if they send 2 people your team can win a 4v3 or if they sent more the objective cant be contested. It's a win win for your team.
Mid Quinn is a bit different from Top. Matchups are usually mages with higher range than you and better poke. The thing about mid is that the champions in mid are a lot squishyer and its easier to snowball. you can get ganked from 7 sides but the shorter lane means its easier to escape a gank. She can abuse lower ranged no escape mages.
Job as Quinn mid:
Go for an early kill on your lane solo or with help and constantly gank bot. Swiffness or mobility boots are good.
Glasscannon assassin Quinn is the way to go on mid Quinn. Ghostblade Duskblade.
Be really agressive and snowball the entire game. The longer the game goes the weaker you'll be. Its best if the game ends around 25 minutes.
Jungle Quinn can work because Blinding Assault dissarms non champion units. making them unable to attack for 1.5 seconds a good way to clear the jungle is to
AA, AA(p), Point blank Q, AA(p),AA, AA+E(when disarm wears off), AA(p)...
Staring on Red buff and ganking lvl 2 is smart.
Like any other jungler, vision and ganks. youre not a good farming jungler. Tax lanes.
Early damage(warrior ghostblade) semi tank items later.
Counterjungling can work, gank a lot, you are not the carry, don't try to be one.
Bot Quinn is probably the hardest lane for Quinn because of her E. it's an abiliry that can be used in a 1v1 its not ment to be in a 2v2 lane. You need to be mindful of you, your support and two enemies at all times. It can work with an agressive support like Leona or braum. But utility supports are a good way to survive lane and be an threat in the mid game, Karma or Lul
Get farm and items, your build is expencive.
BF into shiv into infinity and standard adc build.
Stay behind people attack what's in front dont split, stay with the team.
Maxing W second is advised
The main thing that makes
Quinn unique from other champions is her E Vault
One of the main things why I dare to call myself one of the best Quinns is because I know how and when to use wault.

Having a lot of mobility with your Behind Enemy Lines
Is a really good splitpusher. She puts a lot of pressure on the map because of her ability to cover large distances with Behind Enemy Lines
Do keep in mind that depending on what build you're going your role for the team may change. As a Top lane Quinn it's the easies to be a splitpusher because you can wall yourself off from the rest of the game and focus on towers and the enemies trying to stop you.
As a Jungle Quinn you should stay with your teammates on objectives such as Baron elderdragon
NOTES FOR GANKING BOT LANE:
Some champions like Sivir, Morgana, Braum can block/disable your CC, so be careful how you use them.
Champions like Soraka and Sona are squishy and are a free kill most of the time.
Make sure to interupt stuff like Rocket Jump from Tristana or 90 Caliber Net from Caitlyn as well as Dark Passage from Thresh
Essential Summoner for repositioning as Quinn.
Top Lane Quinn Essential for dueling.
It's good vs healers, take on mid not so much top.
Pretty obvious you need it to Jungle, nothing else.
Essential for bot ADC Quinn, can be picked on mid as well.
Defensive summoner for mid lane, not needed on top or bot.
Taking it instead of flash, read more bellow.
Good vs CC dependent champions.
Global pressure, less punishment for roaming.
Exhaust : With Phantom Dancer makes you really tanky
Flash : Repositioning summoner
Ignite : Healing reduction and true damage
Smite : True damage to Monsters
Heal : semi-supportive summoner and a little mobility
Barrier : Selfish defensive summoner
Cleanse : Removes CC
Teleport : Teleport ganks and pressure
Ghost : When going agains Olaf Master Yi Udyr or any melee opponents with high movement speed it may be smart to run ghost just so you can kite them while their Buffs run out or your E comes back.
Having just a little bit of AD allows you to farm really easy.
caster minion Requires a Blinding Assault and one auto attack.
That can also be Skystrike and a Blinding Assault
Vault is an auto attack reset.
Harrier Every 8 seconds Valor marks an enemy, Quinn's next basic attack deals bonus damage. Critical chance reduces the cooldown.
Blinding Assault Is your main damaging ability. The first target hit by it is marked with harrier and they are nearsighted and minions and monsters are unable to attack.
Heightened Senses Use it not to face check a brush and to scout the area.
Vault Is Quinns main outplay ability, use it wisely. It can decide life or death
Behind Enemy Lines be careful of using it from 6 to 10 because it costs a lot of mana.
To be honest, I feel like Quinn is not a champion that will show challenger material with a lot of play like someone like Cassio or Azir. But with enough practice you can carry the games WITH your team. Quinn fall off lategame but that's the point of why u go bot or mid and help them out.
