Yeah I see. And that was something I thought about. I am in no rush to get kills, so I have no use for the cooldown reduction, I hardly chase, because I dont need to. I poke at them till my stun will suffice for the kill you know? So i just hold out and get the kill. I am a patient person and sure enough 99% of the time I do get the kill without panicing about a chase. I think the Morello's CDR is good enough for me. Ahaha. I dont know the AP carry mastery set up. I've only been playing for two months and I use this and it works fine for me. I wish I could link my games as Xerath to show how good it works for me.


Don't rush for the kill, wait till you get that stun in that will just finish him off with two or three ult procs.

Good one. iv played Xerath some times, n i found a good build up. i use the same runes as u have here, but the ordinary AP carrier mastery. so for the items, i pretty much like CDR for this champ, it really gives you the great advantage with low CD on ur ulti and also for an often ready mage chain and arcanopulse, ofc Arcanopulse is quiet low already but think of that it has almost just 2 sec CD and mage chain is practically ready again. which will have you the chance to stun once again. n when that second chance stun is done, u have a 90% solo kill with ulti ready. if NOT, u just have to use locus of power and poke the last hit with arcanopulse. ima try this with less CDR, would be cool if u could try with my version and tell me how it went :D
