I wont go over the build. It's good. But the guide... oh man the guide... No one will ever enjoy reading this... It was a complete wall of text.
The Pros and Cons section should be structured with BBCoding. No coulors, no images, no nothing, just text.

It looks like you just want to pound in some ability power, but I just can't see the logic in buying 3 Doran's Rings at start and then rush to a Rabadon's Deathcap. You want sustainability and you want to stay in lane for a longer period, which is why I would also suggest that you max Brute Force instead of Mental Force . If you're going mid, I'll have you know that it's a huge advantage when farming in the beginning.
Go for Rod of Ages first, which gradually gives you up to 80 ap, THEN Rabadon's Deathcap. And to be honest, I read 5% of your description of your build and gave up. Word of the wise, make more brakes and shiny things that'll keep the readers reading. All in all the build is okay, but it's not like it's that hard to figure out by yourself. +1 for trying.

The Pros/Cons section is horrible. Do you know what's called a wall of text? You MUST read this: Jhoijhoi's Making A Guide
