The boots are for obviously speed and the hp pots are for some health in early lane. I rush the next two items as fast as possible Breserker Greaves's and Frozen Mallet. This gives Xin health and a little damage for the laning faze. Next get Sunfire Cape for the DPS and the health. Next Wit's End for the MR and attack speed. Banshees Vail. Mostly so stuns, slows, fear, ect, can be blocked. Lastly some kind of damage out put weapon. I prefer Blood Thirster. In the end this build should be good for durability for team fights and also really good for solo fights. Hope this helps.
