Many people belive that Xin should be tanky but thats not the case.
You dont need to have alot of health when your doing 800-2000dmg/sec.
The most important thing to remember is YOUR NOT A TANK dont run in first, but dont run in last you wanna do as much damage possible to everyone so id you dont get the kill you'll get the assist. Getting the assist is better then most think, granted you'll need some kills with this build, but your AOE charge will help you in the assist area. Dont forget that you have lower health then you normally would, so play smart, move fast and gank all the time.

Many people think that because of battle cry you dont need attack speed. Well im here to tell you thats not true, i've never lost a 1v1 to another Xin and only a few to other people so i know that attack speed and damage are important. So get all attack speed runes except then quints, make sure to get them in AD for a lil boost in the first few levels.

You want to put as much damgae to the other guy as you can. So put all your points in damage or crit.(Almost as important.) Then when you've done whats shown put the rest into health regen and armor, just so you can live long enough to get the kill.

Make sure to buy your boots first, no matter what some say its not nooby. It'll help you to cover the gap between you and your prey. Upgrade them to berserkers greaves as soon as you can. Next your gonna want a Black cleaver or a zephyr. After those two you'll need a Hydra for some AOE dmg, farming and of course, life steal. Then finish up with the phantom dancer and infinity edge.

It Doesnt matter too much what order you get your moves in, as long as you spread out your point into all of them. Your charge MUST be fist to help you gett the killing blow when they try to run. And when you get your 1st three moves, make sure you ativate talon strike, battle cry, then do your charge, they'll be dead in seconds.

Pros: Almost never lose a 1v1. Solo towers. Have the entire enemy team fear you.
Cons: Not alot of health or armor.
