Introduction
I know many people think that the crit chance runes are unnecessary but they are usually solely responsible for many of my first bloods and getting fed early. With this build if you get 2 kills early it will just keep snowballing and you be the most feared player in the game, which Xin should always be anyway. The attack speed is normal on Xin and the cool downs will let you knock up countless enemies in a team fight.
At first glance you may think that a noob just picked the biggest DPS items and threw them together into a build but this is not true. The truth is that these items work perfectly together. They will give you insane damage output and with the 1000 damage that you will be hitting with, you should be getting crazy amounts of health back with each hit. You will basically be able to solo ANYONE.
Boots are self explanatory and comon these are the only boots for Xin. The black cleaver will give you insane damage very early on being that it does 55 itself and then if you hit 3 times it is doing 45 more with the armor reduction passive. This is when you will start getting kills. Now you get the vampiric scepter and you can start roaming anywhere you want. I'm usually 10 or 11 and getting any buff available and catching stragglers and ganking. If you play it right you shouldn't have to go back much with your lifesteal.
I have even substituted the black cleaver at the very end for yet another blood thirster, when I did that it just became not fun for the other team. The blood thirster was doing upwards of 100 damage along with its 10% extra life steal x 3. Which gives you 300 damage plus 75% lifesteal.

This doesn't really matter too much but 3 talon strike in the beginning will defnitely help you secure some ganks though. Then you want to level up your W for the passive and when you activate it you do crazy damage output. Do not level your E from the first point until you have to as it scales with you AP and Xin doesn't do AP.
I find Exhaust and Flash to be the most effective. Exhaust is obvious for chasing down enemies and when you are in a close 1v1 battle in the beginning. I then choose Flash over ghost for quickly jumping into a tower to kill and enemy with E - R - Q then flash out. You will only take about 2 or 3 tower hits and you will be able to tower dive at 6.
Ghost is another close candidate for chasing enemies down as Xin is slightly slower
And teleport is viable just for making sure towers don't go down.
