This is a pretty high dps tank Xin build.
Once you get the bloodrazors solo-ing Baron is no problem (dont skip the lantern, impossible without it)

Now some explanations.

Summoner spells.
Exhaust - Support your team against heavy right-click champs. Good early game 1on1. Escape from a ****ty situation. Chase an enemy.
Flash - Good escape early game. Good for ganking mid-game. Good for back****ing at teamfights late-game.

Items.
My main focus is survivability against AD champs and the possibility to sneak-kill Baron.
Boots of Swiftness - You need to be fast to catch those little squishy bastards :D
Frozen Mallet - Once you catch them there wont be any running away. PLUS loads of survivability.
Sunfires - Good armor and hp. Bonus 80dps is never bad :)
Wriggle's Lantern - One of his main items. You get 1 free ward every 3 minutes. PLUS lifesteal, armor and AD. You CANNOT solo Baron b4 you have this.
Madreds Bloodrazor - So a tank thinks he can 1on1 you? In his face! :D

Playing.
Choose a laning partner that can solo after you get lvl 3. Then it's safe to go jungling. Suddenly going away to jungle also confuses your enemies and keeps them from pushing.
Try to get the mana-buff alot early game. Your runes shall do the trick later. Run around and gank ppl during the late laning phase.

I usually start of with Doran's Shield and a Mana pot.
Then i go lane for a couple of lvls. If it goes well and we keep the lane pushed - then i go jungling. If not, then it's prolly best to stay for a while :)

The order of the items depends. If you go jungling - get the razors first. If you lane/gank get the mallet.

Team-fights
This build makes you pretty tanky. But you still cant be the main tank. The best thing to do is wait in a bush until the MT initiates along with your team and back**** the hell out of them. If a couple of ppl focus you, it should be okay.

Tips.
Spell using - Q,W,E. Activate Q, activate W and jump the enemy with E. No escape.
One you have everything except your last sunfire tell your team to go trolling around to keep the enemies away from you while you kill Baron. Thou i suggest you get an Elixir b4 you go incase someone put a ward there.

This takes a while getting used to but i find a tanky xin to be more useful than a full DPS xin. But that's just my opinion.

Hope you have fun with this :)
