Intro

So, Xin isnt the best jungler, but he can easily pull it off. you will be able to keep in levels up as long as you are attentive about your mana when you dont have blue buff, meaning you wont need to recall.

Jungle path

tl;dr - Path (Two Golems, Wraiths, Wolves, Blue Buff, Two Golems, Wraiths, RECALL, Wolves, Two Golems(if up), Red Buff)

With xin, i like to start at golems, easy to do, just smite one, three talon strike, then auto attack until three talon is back on cooldown. I like to use my first health potion halfway through so i have full health for wraiths. once both golems are dead, go straight to wraiths and use three talon strike right when you get there. when the first one dies, you should hit level two and train battle cry. with the cool down reduction from this, you can deal more damage faster, meaning you will level faster. another health potion will have been used at wraiths, but shouldnt be hard to finish them off. move to wolves next, theese are easy, but might require a health potion. finally you can move to blue buff golem, which can be tricky. i usually start by killing the two smaller minions on the side, then smite the golem, then finish it off. once youv'e managed to get blue buff, move back to the golems you got first, then to wraiths again. If you run out of health potions you can recall, where you should have enough gold for madreds. If you dont, then just by the long sword and health potions, then continue on the same path. after you get wolves for the sencond time, you can start on red buff, just be sure you still have at least one health potion, and a good amount of mana. cycle this route a few times and you will find an opportunity to gank a lane, just be sure you can get out of the lane alive so you dont give up your buffs to the enemy team.
