With this build you are going to dominate every 3v3 game and you will able to 1v1 every champion.

I use attack speed marks because are the best for xin. Armor seals and magic resist Glyphs because you are very squishi. You must not die on early game if you want to get fed and play a funny match, so you need resistance.

I do 21-0-9 masteries. I get the bonus movement speed masteries because xin base movement is not perfect. With this masteries you will start with around 326 movement speed.I get the life steal masterie because its only 3% but still good on xin. Armor penetration is AWESOME on xin zhao and attack damage too.

I maximize W always i can, we are not buying phanom dancer or youmumus so we need attack speed passive, this skill is your main and what make you a beast, when you get Black cleaver and you activate it, you will have around 2.1 attack speed.Next i maximize Q, this skill scale all your ad so is a great ability to deal tons of damage.

I start with E because its very good for doing first blood early game or slow the enemys when ganking.
I also give a point to the ultimate every time i can.Your ultimate is a great ability, but you must use it good. This skill deals more damage when the enemy have more health. You must use it when you start the combo E-> R -> Q -> W.

I always take Ghost and Exhaust.
Ghost is fantastic on xin to chase an enemy and take it with your e or catch somebody with low health
Exhaust is great to slow them , but is better to get their armor lower and kill them with an easy E -> R -> Q -> W
