Lore of Xin Zhao
Whenever Jarvan III, the king of Demacia, delivers one of his rallying speeches from the glinting marble balcony atop the Royal Palace, Xin Zhao is at his side. Coined the Seneschal of Demacia, Xin Zhao is the personal steward of the Lightshield Dynasty. His enigmatic, silent vigil has led to an abundance of conjecture concerning his ''secret life'' and origins. Whether it's ''Zaun double-agent'' tendered at the dinner table or ''indebted rune mage'' mused in the editorials of the ''Demacian Constant'', Xin Zhao betrays no hints to sate the curiosity of the masses... for good reason.
Prior to the formation of the League, Noxus was renowned for a spectacle called The Fleshing. It was a gladiatorial event with a cruel twist: as a fighter won matches, his number of opponents (generally prisoners of war) fought simultaneously would increase. This meant eventual death for every contender, but with unparalleled glory. Xin Zhao, known then as Viscero, was slated to face 300 soldiers, nearly six times the previous record. This was clearly meant to be his final match. Jarvan II, hearing of this unprecedented feat, infiltrated the arena to offer him an alternative: serve Demacia and punish those who ultimately sentence him to death in exchange for his freedom. Xin Zhao accepted, astonished that a king would risk his own life on his behalf. Under the cover of a prearranged Demacian assault on Noxus, Jarvan liberated Xin Zhao and his 300 opponents. During their retreat, Xin Zhao took a poisoned dart meant for Jarvan. This act of loyalty, from a man who vowed no allegiance, earned Xin Zhao a spot at his side until the day the king died. Now in the service of his son, Jarvan III, Xin Zhao is stepping into a new ring - the Fields of Justice - to fight for his adopted country and to honor the legacy of the man who gave purpose to his life.
''Death is inevitable, one can only avoid defeat.''
- Demacian Manual of Arms
Xin Zhao is a great tank, above all a great fighter. Xin Zhao can use Greater Marks of Attack Damage so early game you can rack up some kills and counter everyone! The Greater Seal of Armor is great on him so he could be tougher fighting minions and champions. The Greater Glyph of Attack Speed is well, so yo attack faster. Last is the Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage does of course, give you a lot of attack damage!
Creeping / Jungling
Xin Zhao is the best at jungling, it is his main position. I know Xin Zhao can go top, but I feel that he is best for the jungle position. I would say you should get like one person to help you leash red, then you are already level 2. Once you have red, go over to blue and finish him off with your smite. Once you have done that walk down to the wraiths and kill them by then you should of used about 4 health potions. Then gank a lane :)
Xin Zhao is great when it comes down to team fights, his ultimate ability can keep your team alive if your team is about to die by knocking the enemies away. His Q is great because he can knock an enemy up into the air and your team can kill him.
Pros / Cons
The Pros of Xin Zhao are that he is a really good ganker just like Jarven, he can use his E into you and you may have no where to go until you reach your death. He is tanky so it will be hard to kill him.
The Cons of Xin Zhao are that a lot of mages counter him. If you're against little Teemo you may not survive. It is easy to kill him on Xin Zhao, but his poison may eventually kill you. Le Blanc easily kills you, she stuns you the takes you out chunk of health by chunk. AD Thresh is very bad because if he gets fed early game then your team can be demolished.
You want to have your flash because you might need to use it to save an ally by flashing into an enemy then killing them. You may need your flash to get away from being killed.
Your smite is used for jungling because you will have to use it on minions just like most junglers.
I think that your E is just amazing for ganks so I think that should be leveled to the max first. Your Q does A LOT of damage so after you have finished leveling your E max your Q. YOUR ULTIMATE ABILITY! That move on Xin Zhao is not the best. I don't really like his ultimate because it doesn't do a good amount of damage. Your W is speed so leveling it up would just make it faster and longer.
