If the enemy jungler is ad, steal his blue buff. If they're ap, steal his red buff. Chances are that ad people will start at red buff because they need empowered autoattacks, leaving the blue buff free for you, and vice versa.

Then, take your blue/red = if you took blue then go red and vice versa. Get the gromp and wolves (or the krugs if you're at the red buff) and gank mid.

then, gank bot/top, depending where the enemy jungler went to gank. If he didn't gank yet, choose the one that needs the most help, whether defending or attacking.

By the time you get warrior you should have gotten to lvl 6. Solo dragon then.

Try to steal. By lvl 9, change your trinket into oracle alteration, to assist yourself with ganks. Whenever you kill mid, help mid to push. This usually ends up with the first turret.

When you are lvl ten, you should have at least warrior and another full item. If so, try to get rift herald.

If you get the rift herald, don't use it immediately. Keep it for the use of the empowered recall. Summon the rift herald at mid. This will usually ensure another turret.

Keep on taking the drakes. Take baron if possible. Spend most of your time ganking and ambushing. Split push to win. Take the elder dragon and use the oracle alteration to benefit you even further, through the jungle near buffs or large monsters. When your team has succeeded into breaking into their base, don't split push anymore. Start and team fight, leaping into turret range and dealing heavy cc on them.
