Sorry, but your build provides no descriptions, no explanations, no justifications, no summoner's.... Simply a glass-cannon Xin Zhao build that requires too much farm for what it offers. He's meant to be played as a TANKY dps, not a super-squishy dps.

This type of build can only be effective at very low ELO... But bump for an attempt - good luck on your LoL exploits and I hope you make some revisions that are more likely to help players avoid ELO hell than put them in it... -1 :/
