Xin Zhao Build Guide by Kaszanas

Introduction

Recently, as i played Xin Zhao, i realised, that he is very powerfull champion, alot of people don't play him, thinking that he is a noob champion, those people are just simply stupid.
Here i will show you the way to play Xin-Zhao well.
And you propably know that Riot released a brand new skin for Xin-Zhao just for Polish players.

Runes

There are many ways to build Runes for Xin-Zhao that is:
Tank Build (Taking Armor/HP runes and Tanky Masteries)
Hard DPS Build (Taking Attack Speed/Armor Penetration Runes and DPS Masteries)
Hard AD Build (Taking Attack Damage/Armor Penetration runes and Offence Masteries)
Hard Crit Build (Taking Crit Damage/Crit chance runes and Offence Masteries)
Jungle Build (Taking Armor/Dodge runes and Tanky Masteries)

Tank Build:

Greater Quintessence of Health

Greater Mark of Health

Greater Seal of Armor

Greater Glyph of Armor

Hard DPS Build:

Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed

Greater Mark of Attack Speed

Greater Seal of Critical Chance

Greater Glyph of Critical Chance

Hard AD Build:

Masteries

As you propably know already. Xin Zhao is good at few things.
-He got alot lifesteal (Helps when you need to survive a long time on the lane / and or face strong opponents that you want to kill.)
-He got alot of Attack Speed (Strong combo with his life-steal.)
-He may be a good tank (Alot of HP from lvling)

So you can build your masteries in 2 ways.

Jungle option:
0/21/9
DPS option:
21/0/9

Pros/Cons of Xin-Zhao

Pros:

+ Low mana costs at your abilities.
+ Passive Challenge, giving huge adventage at the start of the game.
+ AoE Slowing your enemies.
+ Knocking up your enemies.
+ Dealing Great Physical Damage if done well.
+ % Damage from your ultimate Crescent Sweep
+ Pretty Descent Health at the start of the game
+ Good lane survability

Cons:
- You get often Focused.
- No good way of farming your minions when have ranged enemy on the lane.
- Hard way to escape from fights.

Jungle (Under Construction)

Xin Zhao is a really good jungler.

Items

Your Core Items Are:

Giving you alot of HP, you can also slow your enemies, that item is realy great when you know how to gank with your team-mates.

Just great Item Giving you alot of attack speed, that helps using your passive, Movement Speed is also great.

Helping you to deal tons of damage when Critical Striking.

Luxury Items:

That may be used if you're creating more Tanky build.

That may be used to gain more Attack Damage, also good for Farming Minions, and in massive Team Fights.

If you will face Strong Attack Damage Champions.

If you're not going to build Xin on Critical Strike.

If you want to increase survability at the early stages of the game. (only if building without critical strike chance/damage, but with Life Steal)

You may use this item if you do like to pierce some Armor's (Good combination with Black Cleaver, and good thing if you want to combine Critical Strike with Armor Penetration.)

This item is just great, helping you to deal really alot of damage at the engage of the fight.

Skill Sequence

At the Early Stages of the game your Skill Sequence should be just like that:

If you have Cooldown on Audacious charge, you may use Flash to get to your opponent,
REMEMBER, to use your Exhaust when you get to your opponent, that will help you alot.

On the Later Stages of the game you should make sequence like that:

JUST ALWAYS REMEMBER
Use your Exhaust spell somewhere in the combination of skills.
