My build is designed for a more offensive play on solo top.

The runes I have selected are for a bit of defense so that you are not up there with nothing to shield yourself with.

The masteries are for the offensive play in early game and late game.

The first few items I get are more mandatory to the offensive play style. then the last two items are more of a personal choice, like the infinity edge and the madred's bloodrazor. You can grab different items to your play style like a thornmail for a counter or a black cleaver for more of a burst.

The first few abilities that I get are a personal preference like getting my Q first then getting my E. when I get my Q first that is getting the burst and if the other target stays you also get the knock up, once you get your E you can then initiate into the fight with a higher chance of killing.

My choice of summoner spells is a normal choice. I get flash for the quick getaway in case of the other team attempting to gank. or when your in a team fight and see your team is falling you can leave and prevent the ace. I get ignite for picking up kills when the enemy champion is attempting to run, or you can use ignite to burst health at the start of an encounter.
