Well, hello guys. I'll go straight to the point. This build is for the elo hell. And is usefull when your teame is feeding, and you have to stop the killing spree of the enemy team. Xin zhao is perfect to do this because he do a lot of damage, has a good sustain, have a quite good cc with his THREE TALON STRIKE (Q) and the cresent sweep. Then tanked, he can take a lot of damage, and do a lot of damage, stopping the enemy charge and allowing your team to focus easily and gank easily. I saved a lot of games with this build. Then I want to share it with you, if you are tired of losing game for your bad team, and save your elo when there is nothing to do. However this build isn't always suitable, your team mates have to do a lot of burst damage or at least be a little tanked too.

Xin zhao is a good jungler, then he doesn't need the hunter machete, and you can save this money buying at firts the shoes and 3 potions. Then I suggest to buy the brutalizer, because in early game no one is really tanked, then you have to use all the strenght of Xin to get kills. If you are in trouble, yet in early game you can buy firts the frozen mallet, or at least the phage, the brutalizer, and then the frozen mallet. In the middle game I suggest buy the sunfire, to gain durability and at the same time do damage. Then you can finish the black cleaver and buy ( depends on the situation ) or the GA ( guardian angel) or the blade of the ruined king. This last one is very usefull againts tank, off tank, and allows you to endure a very very huge quantity of damage, and return it to your enemys with the help of your team. You should become quite immortal if you play well.
