Xin Zhao is a very strong champion who deals huge amounts of damage without needing so much attention on runes and masteries.So i decided to exchange my damage runes and my masteries with others for armor magic resist health and dodge.And it actually worked so i suggest you to do the same thing

For my runes i putted some dodge seals magic resist marks health glyphs and armor quinsenteses.With these runes i never die at first blood cause of my armor macic resist dodge and health.They also help at the chance that you will come at 1v1 or 1v2...with another champion or team.I wouldn't change my runes even if someone more experienced would say so.

My masteries just like my runes are mostly defensiveso it also help at fb or at the 1v1 1v2...I also got some offensive masteries so that i can take some kills for my high price items.

My items are giving Xin Zhao heavy damage and critical strike.BTW i recendly had a full built and in cooperation with dragon i reached 639 damage and 1758 critical so i killed teemo on one hit.

I am using Exaust and Ignite for easy killing of other champs.I Exaust my opponet so he can't get away or for reducemy target's damage and ignite to help me at 1v1 or for finish off my opponet when he is on a turret
