I have to agree with the critics here, the build simply takes too long to farm before you're worth anything. Stacking 3 phantom dancers makes you fast so you can what? Run back to base quickly after you get melted in fights?

This build puts Xin at 2.4xx attacks per second. He puts out 400+ damage per hit criting every time. Do you have any real complaints? No this build isn't a heavy hitter like some others, because it focuses on an insane move speed. Did you even read the guide? I mention or allude to this at several points in the guide.

Have you ever tried this build? You know your max speed is 2.5 attacks per second + that xins spells are based on his AD?

Nice movement , faming red buff will makes xin with this build really owerpower.
