I choice 9 Armor Pen marks, 9 attack speed seals n 9 attack speed glyphs + 2 quintesences to attack speed n 1 to armor pen. I think good alternative is 9 armor seals n 9 glyphs to magic resistance 3 per lvl n 6 instant.

"Mercury Treads" or "Berseker's Greaves" its optional if u have to fight with team with high CC u getin mercure's, if they're haven't got cc or it's 1 or 2 u can choice berserk's, when im juglin i pick berserk's before upgrade, a madreds to lantern. Same with force of nature n banshee veil even if need more res n attack speed u can buy wits end.

I pick: to lane flash n exhaust to jungle smite n ghost u can feel free to choice a ignite or teleport to lane, and flash to jungle.

Okay, now farm n jungle. In Jungle i'm start on blue with three talon strike, colth armor n 5 heal pots, after this clear wolfs-wraths-lizard-golems, now u can back or if u have enought hp try to gank a lane. If u are on lane, u must be agressive u have colth armor to decerase dmg dealt by minions n 5 pots, try to focus an weakness target, at 2 lvl u spent 1 point to three talon n now its start, jump to target pop Q n just autoattack, on lvl 3 u have Battle Cry - its reduces ur Q n E cooldown when u use autoattack, so u enter with E pop Q n W, again autoattack, look at Q n E cooldowns to start combo again.
