You can't have any skill maxed at level 8. On your ability sequence section, put a point in your Q at level 8 and the last point in E at level 9.
Also, in your Pros and Cons chapter, your code should look like this:

If you want to exchange the list format for the colors, I'd recommend removing all of the unnecessary brackets.Other than a few small grammar errors, this guide looks great!
