intro
I am still experimenting, the important thing is replacing shoes with zephyr and using move speed quints and ghostblade for mobility. How you get the rest of your crit and which items you finish with is upto you.
Logic is that his movement in team fights is insane anyway, ghostblade can cover every respawn and shopping trip. Ghost is there too for that extra mobility and you also get a frozen mallet to ensure you can chase effectively even without ghost and ghostblade. Your ulti is also useful in this respect allowing you to enter a fight from long range instantly. With this build nobody notices you don't have shoes, and you can get some atk spd, tenacity and damage instead with a zephyr.
No shoes means you can get a ruby crystal from frozen mallet in early game while still having damage. playing defensively, getting your shield up before taking creeps, you can maintain a high enough hp from lv 1-6 to dissuade junglers from trying to gank you and survive if they do. Then your first B is very comfortable to reach, around 900 gold for a long sword and brawlers gloves + pots to give you sustain and damage as you look towards mid game.
(against more sustained damage champions a longsword and pots will be better to start with)
use your ghostblade for movement liberally, dont save it unless a team fight is obviously imminent. on those occassions use ghost. during team fights, go for the squishy targets, but you also have the ability to duel with tankier champions. Later in the game you can duel vs anybody. You can have the raw damage output of a max tryndamere with the better mobility, utility and more flexible skill set of yasuo
