start with the jungle items. clear camps go for an early gank top or mid. make sure no one is getting harrased to death. keep wards up all the time. try do farm jungle as much as u can with succesful ganks to be able to rush boots of speed and devourer. Afterwards build botrk and finish greaves. Now ull start making wits end and guardian angel. but by this time u should have stacks for devourer. last but not the least, get statik for crit damage and as(it takes it to 2.5 as with devourer every second attack) or u can go for more defensive items such as deadmans plate or spirit visage. after you have completed ur build keep buying elixirs
