Hello everybody, this is my first guide on this website. To begin with, i ll briefly present myself : So, I'm french, and i write this guide to help you of course and also to practice my english. That's why i make a lot of mistakes maybe.... and i m sorry about that. I started lol 6 months ago so i'm not a pro but i think i ve a good level. This is a guide for beginners : Yi is not very very brain.....
So, I hope you ll be tolerant for my bad english and for my first guide !
So, about runes : That's my own runes but you can also choose the greater glyph of attack damage.
Nothing more, that's just the classic runes.
I have already written above that what you must know about the items in the notes. Just follow and see ! :P
My own skill sequence. You can also choose your w to stay longer in your lane but it uses a lot of mana.
After 7 basic attacks, Master Yi will strike his next target twice (if the first strike doesn't kill the target). The second strike triggers on-hit effects (including Double Strike's attack counter) and can critically strike.
Alpha StrikeRANGE: 600COOLDOWN: 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10COST: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 mana
ACTIVE: Master Yi blinks to a target enemy, dealing magic damage to it and up to three other enemies within a small range of the target, with a 50% chance to deal additional damage to minions and monsters. Master Yi is untargetable for Alpha Strike's duration, appearing at the initial target's location after the effect ends. If the initial target dies before Alpha Strike ends, Master Yi reappears at his original location instead.
So, the q deals tones of damage even if you're a, the only problem is that the targets are random.
MeditateCOOLDOWN: 35COST: 50 / 65 / 80 / 95 / 110 mana
ACTIVE: Master Yi channels for 5 seconds, gaining increased armor, health regeneration, and magic resistance while channeling. Master Yi also heals at the beginning and end (if it lasts for the full 5 seconds) of the channel.
The w is a heal witch can save you in a lot of situation. It can help you to keep your lane.
]Wuju StyleCOOLDOWN: 25 / 23 / 21 / 19 / 17COST: 40 mana[/b]
PASSIVE: Master Yi has increased attack damage while Wuju Style is off cooldown.
ACTIVE: For 10 seconds, Master Yi has increased attack damage equal to double the passive bonus.
The e is a boost of attack damage, very use full spell even in passive in particular for farming.
HighlanderCOOLDOWN: 75COST: 100 mana
ACTIVE: For several seconds, Master Yi gains 40% increased movement speed, increased attack speed, and immunity to movement speed slows (but remains vulnerable to other forms of crowd control). Killing a champion during Highlander will restore all of Master Yi's cooldowns, and each assist during Highlander will restore half of his base cooldowns.
The r, just what you need for lots of situations such as destructions of turrets or quite simply in duels. In addition to that, the cooldown when you kill someone is just super !
If I can give you one piece of advice : don't pick him. You can only jungle with him in ranked and he can be counter by most of campions.
Pros / Cons
His q for creeping.
His amazing heal.
His ult to escape.
His q is random.
Can be counter easily by cc champ.
