In my opinion riven would be medium,and gnar would be in the same threat as swain and there should be ryze and morde.Also nasus can't kill you,unless you dive him,and yes I'm also considering that their jungle comes then you'll either get double kill or get a single kill.

Probably you mean Arcane Blade ? I have made the experience that i can lasthitt very well with Vladimir´s autoattack animation. And after first 2 level this damage is enough in my mind. Over all i also tested Spell Weaving and Blade Weaving but this range is of autoattacks is to short I recommend Double-Edged Sword and Expose Weakness because it gives us and team extra damage. Remember that you hit often and more then 1 target with your Tides of Blood so I decided to thake his masteries. Also I tried Butcher and Feast for more sustain but you do not need it because it gives you not enough health.

To Ignite I have to say that I like to play aggressive even with Vladimir´s weak early game. And Ignite allows me to take early kills sometimes and gives me more damageoutput while dieving my opponent under his Tower. I explained this in my guide. Yes Teleport is maybe the best option for toplaners but Vladimir does not have a gap closer so if we teleport as Vladimir to our opponent he might be out of range for big plays anyway. If you take Teleport just for grouping I think you should make it possible to look on minimap and start grouping up at right time without problems. Also it´s always fine if you join a started teamfight from one side and cast your spells while no one cares for you.

Why did you pick Expose Weakness over Moonflair Spellblade? It seems like a really weird choice considering that Expose Weakness does not even increase your own damage, only your allies', not to mention Moonflair Spellblade also helps with last hitting- which is something to think about since one of the main complaints about Vladimir is his horrible autoattack animation.

Secondly, could you explain your Ignite pick further? Do you regularly go aggressive early for kills? I don't take it myself, preferring to stay out of farms until I can simply outscale them with my cooldowns- at which point it's no longer necessary, but I'm quite curious as to why you have decided to it. I prefer Teleport as my alternative, by the way.
