Have you thought about skiping the manamune and buying a philo stone then moving into tri force. I have found to have more sucessful games this way with Yorick, but Good Guide other wise.

Firstly, thank you for the feedback! I don't mind constructive criticism :)
I know a lot of people are against Sapphire Crystal and 2 mana pots opening, but the main reason I made this guide is because some of what I do for Yorick isn't typically what most people would do/consider.

However, with that said, you are absolutely right. Yorick can use a mana pool OR sustain. I went ahead and added a section discussing the differences between the two, so hopefully it'll help shed more light on a controversial topic!

As for the skill order, I simply disagree. There's not much more to it -- I already explained the reasons behind my skill order, so I'll just leave that as-is.

I actually forgot about the extra bonus manamune had! When writing the guide, I kept thinking of it as simply a Tear of the Goddess with some AD thrown on it, which is why I rush a tear then get manamune last. Thanks for catching this! I updated the item order

ok build, but few points;

Sapphire crystal and 2 mana pots are awful start imo.
Yorick is sustained champion, so rather get mana rgn + 2 hp pots or if u really want mana, mana rgn and 1 mana 1 hp pot. Also; Take level at Q earlier and level up E for maximazing the sustain. Level 3 = Dominate Top lane.
I can't find the logic of taking manamune last btw. Take it early to solve mana problems.
Also, have u thought of trinity force ?
From masteries; Initiator and Engiightement are better than vigor and siege commander + indomitable.

Sounds harsh, but other than that ur guide is good.

Thanks so much for the positive feedback :3 I probably spent a total.. 5 or 6 hours maybe? working on this. There's a few things I really want to edit in, like custom dividers/bars, but I don't know how. I'll probably try and make it a little more aesthetically pleasing next week.

Love this guide and Yorick. People underestimate this guy so much and that's the biggest mistake they can make. I can't tell you how many times people dive me under a turret or go for me in team fight thinking it'll be an easy kill. Anyways thank you for making this guide and for all the hard work you put into it. Hope you make more guides.
