Great job on the guide =). The setup is a bit boring.. Lots of text walls, but the content shows that you put alot of thought into this. Never played yorick myself, but sounds interesting =)

Ignite reduces their lifesteal by 50% for 5 seconds.
Exhaust reduces their damage output (and thus by extension, lifesteal) by 70% for 3.5 seconds.

The net lifesteal reduction tends to be about the same. The difference between the two is that ignite is killing them while exhaust is preventing them from killing you. :) Both definitely have their place, but I prefer a more defensive approach.

Try to use AD/level marks, you level up faster in Dominion, it may be better.
I also prefer to use Ignite because of lifesteal/spellvamp (Jax, Akali, AD carries).
I also found Heimer quite hard to harass. His turrets stay alive and he can push a big wave early game. Late game, it's better, you can destroy his turrets easily and go for him.
