Buy a cloth and a rejuvenation bead at the start with as many potions as you need. Any support works with this guide if you go bot lane. If you go a different lane like jungle start with the normal jungle items. if you go mid or top go with the cloth and rejuvenation bead. Farm early game and use your E to poke for health if getting harassed. If not getting harassed still poke for damage. Once you get your second item you should be able to fight your lane opponent (be smart on who it is some champions might wreck you, comment champions that completely destroy you).
