Mate, the minions lose 20% hp each second, so even if they have 100k HP, they will last a max of 5 seconds anyway you build or gear. Not gonna downvote though, as i havent read your guide thoroughly.

I usually get manamune first then greaves, and so on skipping warmogs. w/ the meki pendant fisrt and a pot or 2 spamming your E will keep you alive in your lane usually. You don't get the burst from sheen as fast but you also don't have any mana problems the rest of the game.

i suggested manamune earlier which i a good item to get wiht him, the warmogs will be mucch better, i myself dont usually get that far just to the giants belt after the black cleaver, the cleaver is needed for attack speed and dammage i dont sugest to replace that, if you get around 20 kills in a good match and get the full build you have so much dammage and hp that you can solo any of the turrets thowing down ur summons as targets for the turret and ur ult for just completely destroying all the structures

not bad at all, i have been running him without sheen and trinity cause i didnt like paying for AP when he doesnt use it but i'll give it a shot now. Also for his mana issues i would take a Manamune instead of the black cleaver. Also getting warmog's so late in the game is it worth it? how about sunfire cape instead?

Tip nº 1: Here is something to help you out :D Yorick has minions .. People say they are useless because they last 2-3 seconds and do pityless damage ! But as you probably don't know, their life is 30% of your total life, so if you build a healthy Yorick they will Last longer. And if you have items that give some cool damage and also give bonus damage (sheen), your minions will improve a lot ! Instead of lasting 3 secs, they will last 6 secs and will do some better dmg !

Tip nº2: When playing yorick the best combo to kill someone, is to summon your ghoul that gives attack bonus, then the one who slows and after strike him with the ghouls that makes a little explosion ! If you manage to get the 3 ghouls alive you will get more bonus damage. Then you use your ult and summon the ravenous ghoul that will use that bonus damage to strike your enemy so hard that He will instantely die .

you can get mercurys treads if you like, skill shots blocked by his "W" so that may not be as much of a problem and his health is increadible with frozen, warmogs, and trinity. i really have not had a problem with mages, anyone dps really doesnt approach him 1v1 much less 1v2 lol all his minions and ult toghether take out the dps and mages dont seem to target him for his hp

Where is magic resist? Mage+dps twix can kill him with that build easy.

you are correct but i get sheen for its passive which makes him do much more, also helps for towers when minions come you set off your skills 3 minions attacking and for each one you get the bonus, i do only get 1 item that says attack dammage but im already at 250 dammage without the atamas which bring the dammage up much more, if you need more manna try a manamune, personally if you try to conserve a little he still works very well you shouldnt be spamming all your abilities so often, you cant do that with anyone with mana early game if their abilities cost over 50, tha attack dammage doesnt need to be too high, with sheen special atama+warmogs and your "Q" you will be hitting much more than enough to compensate for that, i also suggest a bloodthirster in the guide for 45 more dammage if you read through the entire guide

I don't see how you address his mana issues. The Sapphire Crystal helps some early game but in my experience he is quite the mana hog.

Also, I'm not so sure Sheen is a good item for Yorick. The extra mana is good but the AP does nothing for him. The proc is nice but only once you get some AD.
