Okay for the Tryndamere jungle your going to want to ask your team to give you a smite less blue leash, and use one of your health pots as you do it. After you finish blue buff your going to want to head over to red being careful as the enemy jungle might try to invade your red. After you kill red using all of your health pots, if you have the health your going to want to kill wraiths, then go back to base. After this you are free to jungle in what ever order you please.

When top laning with tryndamere you wanna remember two things, Farm, and do not die.
