Many things I disagree with, I stopped reading after seeing you mention playing her as a full support and talk about duo laning. If you're playing Nidalee in a duo lane you shouldn't be playing her.

Side Notes:
You're buying Guinsoo too late in the build order, generally you should get it early to hard push your lane OR just skip it.

With the changes to Nidalee I'd suggest picking up a RoA at some point and replacing the dodge seals for armor. They're slowly removing dodge from the game, and after taking away nimbleness and the dodge from cougar form there is no reason to be running dodge seals.

Buying the mana crystal early makes no sense. Generally you should be able to lane until you have 1600 for a needlessly large rod. If you have to go back early or get killed before farming 1600 you can just buy boots + wards and return to lane (this is if you're rushing deathcap like your build implies).

Anyway there's so much more but I need to go. Respond, counter-argument me with something reasonable and I'll remove the downvote.

I have included duo lanning for those of us who are unable to get a team mate to jungle or, people who are too low level to have the capability for an ally to jungle. Personally I do not get Guinsoo's and find my favor in some more situational items, I was suggested however that I mention it in the build as it is a good all rounder item, and Nidalee has the capability to use it very well... As for the dodge runes, I have only just become aware of the changes being made and am annoyed at the implications. I will consider what to change them to, but for now I would like to know what will happen to the ones I have already bought... Thank you for pointing out the Sapphire Crystal, I am unsure why that is there, as you can see this is my first build and I am still unfamiliar with the tools. I do believe that I have said in the written part of the build that if you can, you should lane until you can purchase Needlessly Large Rod, how ever I'm not sure if you got that far >.<
