Mundo can be a little difficult to lane against after he hits 6. For this matchup I still suggest standard flat ad runes, but I highly recommend that you bring ignite to top instead of teleport. Late game mundo will poop on Pantheon. Panth's scaling is early, and you want to snowball early, so I wouldn't suggest laning against mundo with Panth unless you feel 100% confident that you can win the lane. Bringing ignite slows the snowball process down because you have no Teleport to get back to top lane after Man dropping onto mid or bot.
Wukong
This is one of the easiest lanes you will be up against. Wukong is very weak to Pantheon as Pantheon can easily outscale him damage-wise and get an easy first blood. Watch out for Wukongs with ignite however, they can be a little more tricky. I suggest just poking this champion down at level 1 and then getting your w or e at level 2 depending on how low he is. If you are confident you can flash and get him below 15% HP, then go for the e. If you don't want to waste flash, then keep harassing him until he leaves lane, or until he's low to the point where you can w stun him and kill him with an auto-q.
Garen
Garen is another Very easy champion to lane against, As you can block his q with your passive. The silence still takes effect though, so just be careful of that. When you see a Garen q to come at you, start backing off, then turn around and w stun, e, and then q and you should win the trade easily.
Yasuo
Yasuo top is garbage against Pantheon. If you ever see someone pick this, insta lock Pantheon and wreck them in top lane. Always use w stun first on yasuo after he gets his wind wall, because if you q him when he's getting lower, he will put it up to deflect your spear. This is an EXTREMELY easy lane, and you should always win this matchup.
Vayne
If you ever see a Vayne locked in alongside another adc, then it might be a good idea to go Pantheon top, as he easily destroys her early because he's Pantheon. He can block her silver bolts passive with his passive. I would suggest that you snowball this lane as hard as possible, try to deny as much cs as you can, and help other lanes so that Vayne can't come back and crap on you late game.
Nasus
Nasus can be a pretty easy lane for Pantheon, just as long as you deny him his q stacks and cs. Make sure that you are always warding as your lane might be camped by the enemy jungler, as you may be pushed up a lot of the time in lane. If Nasus gets ahead in lane, you're pretty much toast so just harass him and keep your top side warded.
Gangplank
Gangplank is a pretty easy lane for you to win as Pantheon. The only real threat is his barrels. If you can prevent him from hitting the barrel crits on you (by simply moving constantly and walking around the barrels, perhaps throwing a spear at them before he shoots them) then you should be just fine.
Cho'Gath
Cho'gath is an extremely annoying lane as he has insane lane sustain when played correctly. Try not to trade with this monster as he has a lot of cc with his knock up-silence combo that he can do. I would suggest farming in lane till level 6, then trying to help another lane snowball. There is not a good chance you'll win lane against a Cho unless they are absolute garbage.
Jax
Pantheon is one of Jax's biggest counters, and can destroy him easily in lane. Jax has late game scaling, but Pantheon has early game scaling. Pantheon can just q until jax is low, then go in for an easy w stun then q for the kill. I have crapped on multiple Jaxs. This is a very easy lane.
Riven
Pantheon counters Riven the same way he counters Jax. Early game scaling is higher on Pantheon than it is on Riven. This should be a very easy lane, even if the enemy Riven has an ignite instead of TP. Just poke her down then go in for the kill.
Tryndamere
This is another very easy lane, just be careful after level 6. Trynd can duel almost anyone after level 6 due to his invulnerability and his critical strike chance passive. Pantheon counter this champion hard though, and if you can kill him 2-3 times pre 6, you're good to go. Should be pretty easy, same with Riven, poke poke poke with that q.
Fiora
Fiora is a pretty even matchup for Pantheon. This is where is comes down to if you are better or not than the enemy laner. Her kit allows you to parry your w stun, and you can block most of her true damage passive Auto attacks. This is an even matchup.
Darius
Darius can be an annoying lane, as he has sustain from his q ability, and gets an insane amount of AD from his passive. If you can poke him down though, you should be fine. Later on he will just dunk you though, so i suggest Trying to get an early first blood and then harassing him as much as you possibly can. If you have mana regen runes I suggest bringing them so you can chuck infinite spears at him. Otherwise, this is an even lane till level 6.
Teleport is great on Panth, and helps you to get back to lane fast after you man drop the bot lane for a double kill. Ignite can be taken when you are against a lane that has a lot of healing/sustain. Ignite is also fine if your mid lane has a teleport. Generally most of the time you want Teleport and flash. Flash is also good for securing kills very easy and helps you to make some sick plays in the early game. Flash is also good for escaping.
