Introduction

Hi y'all, I'm Arkyeus1. I'm pretty new to league(started in pre-season 6) and I'm unranked(for now). Some people will probably call me a noob or say stuff like "kys" or "wtf lol fizz", but I don't really care. I just want to help people who are new to the game, and help them learn how to use Fizz, who is easy to play, but can have a high skill cap(I know you will say that's bs and that Fizz is a no skill champ). Fizz can be played in a lot of different roles and is very versatile, and I want to help people learn each role, to be as annoying as possible. I took some inspiration from various random guides around the web, but most of this is my own work and ideas. I hope you enjoy this guide :D

Runes

Runes are pretty normal for these builds. AP for AP, AD for AD, tank for tank, etc etc. I'm giving y'all the usual runes, change em up if you'd like.

Guide Top

Masteries

Normal masteries. Thunderlords for AP(more burst). Fervor for AS(more damage), Bond of Stone for supportiness.

Items

Item descriptions/explanations above, in the notes tab of the builds thing.

Skill Sequence

I usually max E first if I'm building AP, W second, and Q last. For less AP-ish roles, like support, I max W first, and maybe put a point in E at lvl 8. Q is never maxed first. For jungle, you won't need your E much for clears, so W is maxed first. I find it much more reliable as a constant damage source. As long as you don't waste your E, you'll be fine.

Spells

TOP - Teleport and Flash
Teleport for roaming, ganking, split-pushing, and overall map control. Flash for quick re-positioning. Replace ghost with flash if you're feeling up to it.
MID - Ignite and Flash
Ignite for true damage and to kill opponents with a couple HP left. Flash for repositioning.
JUNGLE -
Smite and Flash
Smite, because you're a jungler, and Flash for REPOSITIONING!!!!
SUPPORT -
Exhaust, to negate a lot of damage/MS to allow your ADC to get a kill/ run away. Flash because HELLO MY NAME IS BARRY ALLEN AND I AM THE FASTEST MAN ALIVE.

Ranked Play

Just... only play bruiser and mage Fizz in ranked. Don't get reported.

Pros / Cons

Pros:
Mobility
E
Great at single target burst
Ult can disrupt teamfights
Missing % health damage over time
Early power spike at levels 3-4
Cons:
Gets banned a lot
Expecting nerfs in future patches
Has long base cooldowns
Mana hungry early
Relies on gold/items
Weak laning phase

Creeping / Jungling

Jungling:
Start bot side for a better leash, despite krugs/gromp. Focus the smaller creeps first. Make your way up the map, killing scuttle if you're low on health. Gank top or mid at lvl 3/4. Get a skirmisher's and a sheen, then repeat. When the first person on your team is level 9, mid game starts. Start ganking more, and invade the enemy jungle if you can(do this early too). Give your mid laner blue buff, if they need it.

Team Work

In team fights, focus their squishes. Try to Q/E behind their tanks and land an ult on their ADC/ mid laner. Exhaust if you're support. Don't get focused. Since Fizz has his W, he's great at doing constant damage, and will take down tanks faster than most, but it still won't be as fast as taking down their squishes. Fizz is an assassin. Ping if you're enemy laner is MIA, and ping before ganking or going in. Communication is key. It won't be good for you if the entire enemy team catches you stealing their blue buff. Ward a lot, and make sure you use pink wards.
