I don't want to downvote because it has the potential to be a good/half-decent build, but IMO, it needs a little work still. This build really lacks the "push" Ashe needs to be able to carry all together.

Also, I like the use of 1 phantom dancer, but 2 might be pushing it a little. Why not go for some lifesteal like a starks instead? This build is also easily countered by stacking armor.

Overall, this build has too many holes in it to be considered for higher level games, IMHO.
